Guidelines for Returns & Replacement:

Return can be occurred in two stages:
At the time of delivery
After receiving a delivery (Have to notify within 24 hrs)
Simply follow the 6 steps stated below:
Step 1: Check if your product meets all the conditions for returning a product.
Step 2: Contact warebex.com Customer Service to submit a complaint / request for return.
Step 3: Write the return details on the invoice.
Step 4: Choose your preferred method of product return when you call Customer Service.
Step 5: Your returned product will go through a Quality Check.
Step 6: If validated, you will get product Return / Replacement.
Conditions for Return
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of warebex.com packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box
if a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned Product Purchase under clearance sale will not be covered under Return policy.
Products sold as combo can’t be returned individually.
We provide great customer experience each time you shop with your warebex.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ensure ‘Replacement Guarantee’. We will replace your purchased product if the product has any defect by its manufacturer or if the product is not the same one you ordered. Please check your products in front of riders or courier service agents.
All you need to do is give us a call or drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within a period of 24 hours from the date of delivery. However, please return the product with the tags intact and in their original packaging and undamaged condition. Replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by warebex.com team. Replacement cannot be possible if the product is burnt, damaged by short circuit, or broken by customer.
warebex.com strives to ship orders as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled at anytime before shipment. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service department. There are no cancellation fees as long as the product has not been shipped. If the product has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. The customer will need to receive the item and follow the return policy.

MFS or Credit Card Reversal : 14-21 Business Days
Any postage fee incurred during the returns, please send us your postage fee with receipt for us to refund to you. Processing time will be the same as bank transfer method.
